THE BEST ONLINE LEAGUE NEWSLETTER 2.04   Friday, February 28th, 2003    Are you guys trying to test me? Seriously. In what has to be the most tumultuous 12 hour period in League History, I'm about to shoot 2 people.   We have another incident where a game disconnected at the very end, only this time (as opposed to last season) I'm very suspicious. Last season, the dude was immediately apologetic - said he lost fair and square, ther replayed IMMEDIATELY and he ended up losing even worse. It was obvious the dude didn't pull it.   Here, it's simply not cut and dry. Read this email, and following Chat Room conversation. I've edited it so it's a pretty quick read. Some funny parts too.   Tanners coming in is pretty goddamn funny. LOL.   Now, I was all about to make them replay when I thought about it more and more. I realized that they both agree it was 35-14 and an obvious win for the Saints. I could just take the point differential for the Team Rating (210) and take no stats and this would be a pretty fair solution. I know it goes against my rules, but it seemed the fairest course of action. I spoke to both of them, and AMAZINGLY they agreed.   If anything like this happens again, EvoHock will be in serious danger of being kicked out of the league. The fact that he straight up LIED to the Saints in the middle of the game, saying it was illegal to go for it on 4th down when you're in the lead is enough to make me want to use the "Asshole" rule - and just not let him in next season. But I'll deal with him about that personally. For now, anyone who hasn't read the rules deserves to be tricked. READ THE GODDAMN RULES.   Well, at least we're all passionate about our league huh? Gotta love that.
