11:00 PM - 5:15 AM, Monday - Tuesday, June 24th - 25th, 1996: SHOW 152
Kind of a boring show I thought. Talk was again about Stupid stories although I tried to veer away. Aaron did Saturday Morning Fever, and that was good. Got talk going on cartoons which blew. During tvivia I had a question about Heidi Bush, and her little forrest, and Angela and I started laughing so hard I had to stop the segment and go to a break. I don't know how I stopped my case of the giggles. It was very difficult. 4:00 hour went fast, and that was it. Perkins and Bradley were tame, oh and Kevin Rowe finally paid me for my disc. Now if I can only find Chuck Patterson.

11:15 PM - 5:15 AM, Tuesday - Wednesday, June 25th - 26th, 1996: SHOW 153
Boyles 6 went over well. Pretty damn funny. Very odd night though. Felt like I was stumblin' through the whole night. No real topics. Clinton a bit. It got so bad at the end of the 1:00 hour that I did Lester for 5 minutes so people would think it was the character stumblin' not me. Had a girl Eleni (uh-Lenny) call from Los Angeles, supposedly a contact for me music-wise. That was cool. I think that was miles-wise the furthest away I've had a caller. Washington DC - Andy, Philadelphia - ?, Cleveland - Prof. and Gary, West Virginia - Adam, Detroit - ?, Las Vegas - B and B's, The Bahamas - Kevin, Los Angeles - Eleni...I think that's it. OH, and after the show, Mike and Joe went on and on about The Boyles! They said that they both stayed in their cars to listen to the end. That rocked. That's the coolest thing they sould have possibly said. They really liked it. It was pretty good. Man, I can't believe tomorrow's Thursday already. I'm goin' fishin' with Jim after the shift. That should be interesting.

10:30 PM - 5:15 AM, Wednesday - Thursday, June 26th - 27th, 1996: SHOW 154
Ho hum night. Some pretty good talk, but I was really tired for some reson. Trivia sucked. Noone could get these Mind trap questions. Had a pre face off that used more questions than the segment! It really blew. Finally that ended, and I got to go FISHING! It was pretty fun, but I didn't catch anything, and that's all Jim did. I hope the audio turned out good for tomorrow's show.

10:30 PM - 5:15 AM, Thursday - Friday, June 27th - 28th, 1996: SHOW 155
Oh my god. Worst night ever. Mark it down, Friday June 27th, 1996....Worst night ever. Just noone called. 3 callers hour one. 2 callers hour 2, 3 callers hour 3...then get this: 18 contestents for the new trivia Play It By Ear!!! What's up with that? Then noone after that. Man did it suck. I really don't know how I did it without reverting to music...but I didn't. As I'm writing I can't believe how bad it was. Really puts a bad taste in my mouth after such a good week. Thank god it's over and I can go back to my weekend position. Whew...

10:30 PM - 6:15 AM, Friday - Saturday, June 28th - 29th, 1996: SHOW 156
Ahh, my shift. It's good to be home. Great show, still hard in the 5:00 and the 4:00 hours to get calls, but I managed well. Saturday Morning Fever was good, but too long. Talk was mainly about The Clintons and the economy. The Boyles was very funny, but noone ever calls in about it! Dammit! I work so fuckin' hard on it, and I get no feedback. I know people like it. They have to. Shit. Anyway, then as I'm driving home Ron calls Bob (not one of my listeners) and says I'm the most boring person he's ever heard, then says he likes BC, then says he can't stand John and Jane...and that's it! Nice guy. What kills me is I try so hard to cater to that 5:00 to 6:00 audience and then my credibility gets shot by some fuck up. Maybe he's never heard Cannon... He can't think that man's better. No way. Ah well...get over it Adam. Just make tomorrow better.

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday - Sunday, June 29th - 30th, 1996: SHOW 157
What an awesome show. A farewell to Brushes With Fame. 125 and out. Actually it was 108. I fucked up and never told anyone and then confessed it in a song. Things were so smooth and fun. A lot of people commented on how much they liked The Boyles which was nice. Overall a great way to end the stint. Mind Trap was actually pretty good, and with my reviews had no problem getting to 6:00. Oh god...tomorrow is midday traffic. Damn. I hate doin' traffic.

9:15 AM - 1:50 PM, Monday, July 1st, 1996:
My last day of traffic. Thank god that's over. It went alright, but nothing happened traffic wise, and it was hard not to repeat the same things over and over. I don't know how anyone could do this for a living. Pam's a freak. I hope I never have to do it again. I did good though. Alright, enough of that.

5:30 PM, Monday, July 1st, 1996:
I'm making $7.50 an hour!!!!! Hell yeah! That's 50 cents more than I thought I'd get. And you wouldn't believe how thankful Bill was. It was great. I said thanks, and he said..no, thank you...it was great. I'm hopin' to be up to $9.00 in a year, and maybe $8.25 by January '97. Cool.
