11:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Friday - Saturday, January 26th - 27th, 1996: SHOW 103
Gerat show...great show! Can I say it? Alright, probably my best show. I laughed all night long. The funniest show ever. Dave-man, my first caller ever back in June, called drunk off his ass and spewin' all these racist things and then told this poem and made me play patriotic music under it. Funny as hell. Then Glenn calls up and wow. It was great. I can't even go into all the things that happened. But it was nice to laugh the whole time. And NO Prankers...I mean really, none. It was wonderful, the way the show should be. Trivia went fine, Brian-3, Douglas-1, and Dan with 1...I was so glad Douglas got smacked. Brian's pretty good. Got BWF #71 barely...whew it was close. Actually we got about 10, but in the last half hour. Please let tomorrow be this good...
10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Saturday - Sunday, January 27th - 28th, 1996: SHOW 104
Sorry nowhere close, but a good night though. I've got a new listener who's a 20 year old college student at OSU who sounds ridiculously hot on the air. Everyone acts all dopey when they talk about her (incluing me). It's really funny. I kind of have to move on, because...you know Burg will always be my babe. Anyway, trouble with Andy, and bad. He got really pissed on-air that he had to play to get his song on, and then he talked to me off the air about it. Dude I was being nice. It was a better way to rotate it (he always kicks ass at trivia) and then I could promote him when I played it. ?!?! Well I went on the air with it and told the audience because I didn't know what to do. I thought it was nice that I even did it once. No one called about it. Then he was shitty all night, and just to spite me kicked everyone's ass in trivia so I had to play it. Ha. Then in the face-off: 3-0-0 over Tommy and erin. It was cool but he was pissed. Afterwards we made up and I saw his point. Either I like it and play it or I don't, I shouldn't make him stay up for 2 and 1/2 hours just to hear a 40 second snippet. I understood, but he knows what my choice will be. It's not really that great and really sticks out with all the a capella in the show. I wish he would just keep it the way it is. The rest of the night was fun, lots of callers, but no Dave-man...who is now bigger then Glenn! Dave called for the first time in a month and it was because he said that he listened for a month to see how Glenn ticked and that he had figured him out. It was nice to hear them again. Overall a good show, I'm dead tired...and the Cowboys won the Superbowl 38-17.
