THE BEST ONLINE LEAGUE NEWSLETTER 2.11   Friday, April 25th, 2003,    Well, I warned ya. I had to officially kick out my first person because of lack of play. It was gonna be 2, but the Raiders quit. So that leaves 15 of us left. And believe it or not - every single one of us can make the playoffs. LOL. And even more amazing is that the Colts, on the outstanding strength of of FIVE CREDIT WINS - is in 6th in the AFC.   Heh,   But actually - it's not that crazy. The AFC got screwed up because the 2 people that went out, we're #2 and #3. That really skewed things. But the bottom line is - it's all coming down to key wins and team rating points. MAN is your team rating huge. Always go for that extra yard - and NEVER let them score on you in garbage time. Such a big deal.   As far as the rest of the season, here's my plan. I'd like to get it all done in the month of May. No rushing whatsoever for that to happen. Most of us only have 4-5 games left, some only 1 or 2! Just take your time, email your guys and get it done. Then comes the shizzy. Some of you have mentioned how close games have kicked your ass - just WAIT until the playoffs. Especially after a season this long and arduous - you won't believe the intensity of those games.   As far as what happens after everything - we're obviously going to chill the hell out for a bit. What I'd like to do is square away our 12 teams for Season 3 Red....and then start the league in August. It needs to be football season.   Also - you may have noticed, the "Week" pages aren't being updated. They're completely worthless at this point. Each time someone drops out - I have to go and ERASE all the box scores. At this point, I'm sure none of you give a shit - you just want to get on to the playoffs.
