10:30 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday - Tuesday, October 21st - 22nd, 1996: SHOW 197
The man must REALLY not feel good. Good night until 2:00, then an hour without callers. 3 called at 2:50 ‘cause they felt bad I guess, but it was rough. You know, Cannon doesn’t have any listeners. It’s as simple as that. Most of my listeners don’t have a clue that I’m on now. So I’m not feeling too bad. Oh and get this. Nancy calls up saying Clinton had protesters signs removed at a rally and put him on the same level as Hitler. Dead serious. Taking away peoples freedoms. I said you cannot compare the two. She honestly felt you could compare Hitler and Stalin to Clinton. Ludicrous. Then Gary (her husband) calls up grilling me for not agreeing. Saying: "Hey education major how did Hitler get to power?" And then went on to make comparisons. It was unbelievable. Actually putting Hitler on the same level as Clinton. I went nuts. And consequently will never speak to Gary or Nancy again, nor will Angela. AHHHHH I want this to end!!!! Let this weekend end!

10:30 PM - 5:30 AM, Tuesday - Wednesday, October 22nd - 23rd, 1996: SHOW 198
Still sick and it actually does it ever get worse. I for the first time feel I have absolutely no power to explain this night. It’s really been that bad. Show-wise: AWESOME... but otherwise the hardest show I’ve ever done. I may come back and explain things, but for now, the tape is saved, it’s logged out, and there’s just no way to do this night justice with words. (sigh)

5:33 PM, Thursday, October 24th, 1996:
Man, I really can't get over what happened Tuesday night. Basically Gary called back about how I "treated" his wife and then everyne jumped in about the Clinton/Hitler comparison and I've just never been more shocked in my life. You literally have to hear the night to feel how bad it was. I think I'm gonna make a little montage with the calls just so the SANE people can see why I never want to talk about serious politics again. I mean people seriously think Clinton is like Hitler. What. The. Fuck. Anyway - thought I should write something here about it...

6:30 PM - 6:30 AM - Friday - Saturday, October 25th - 26th, 1996: SHOW 199
If you thought last week’s Boyles was controversial, this week didn’t help much. This one went over the edge and I loved it. "Politically Correct". It was another classic. And The Boyles break up at the end! Ahh! What to do? A great show, with fun calls. Played my Hitler montage that I made Thursday night, it rocked. Had a new "younger" opener, it rocked. And then the top of the night had to be Randy. What a great caller. A drunk guy makin’ fun of me. It was awesome. Pure fun radio. I’m lovin’ the show. It’s getting better and better.

9:30 PM - 7:15 AM, Saturday - Sunday, October 26th - 27th, 1996: SHOW 200
Ugh. Off for 3 hours because of tower shit again. Perfect way to celebrate #200 huh? No $50 to give away this time. Started off the show saying: "I know there’s a lot going on, but what the hell is the deal with Bob Saget. It was funny. Went for the hour!!! Then I got the idea of thinking of a new home office for my Top 9 List since I had hit 50. Yes, believe it or not, I’ve done 50...actually about 44, but still! So I took calls and...goddamn. Remember "Gone But Not Forgotten" and all those calls? Well, I’ve been trying to forget. 31 calls later... Jesus. Finally got Big Ugly, West Virginia. Ain’t that great? So there it is. Then went off at 2:00, and with daylight savings went on 3 hours later around 4:00. I was bummed, I was gonna replay an hour during daylight savings, but oh well. Then Theme Trivia...WHICH I WANT TO FREAKIN BLOW UP!!!!! Too many stupid people! AHHH! Oh well, it’s over. And hopefully a full 5 days off. Buh-Bye.
