Countdown Entry #4

3:59 AM, Tuesday, December 21st, 1999:

Fellow Online Supporters,

It's funny, I've never known about my final show BEFORE it happened...

-there was WTVN and the infamous butter show...
-there was CD101 and the infamous water balloon bit...

...and now 4tvs in Columbus... Officially over On Christmas Eve - this Friday 9:30 - 1.

Some of you have said that I may come back if things don't work out. While that is true, I won't be doing 4tvs. The excitement, challenge and passion for 4tvs has always been the potential, the future, and the goals. If I limp back to Columbus, it will be to raise a family - not to become a star. I'll be a star to my children. So if that day does come, please know that I won't be killing myself to be the next Chris Logsdon. I'll be killing myself to get my kid that retro Pokemon Card in 15 years...

So bascially this is it. The last time I inform you of anything that takes your effort. From this point on it will all seem like a nice little story... All that is asked of you is to read it.... And throw some words of encouragement my way. You must also know that I will do everything in my power to NOT produce the above scenerio. In fact, I'm certain this will work. I can't believe I'm saying this so blatantly, but I REALLY believe in this idea...so please try to be a part of it Friday.

I will be at Brian Boru's in Powell around 8 PM, and will most likely stick around until 2:30 AM saying WUSSUP to everyone...

Oh, I almost forgot...there's a pretty good incentive to come as well: The Boyles, are finally, animated. Yes, yet ANOTHER new set: The Blonde & Drunk Set. The animation is shittier than Disney, but better than South Park. I have KILLED myself on it. All I had was some old sketches. Uhm... 2 to be exact and I copied and pasted lines together to form everything and let me tell you...I'm never fucking doing that again. I will do more animated stuff, but not like this...good CHRIST it was tough. Anyway, for those of you who have a special place for The Boyles, it's a bit of a thrill to see them moving...albeit stiffly. The clip shows just how ridiculous my hair looks. LOL. And yes, it hurt hitting the wall that hard.

And of course "A Day In The Life" Set: Now with Bloopers at the end. Only two, but still fun. 4tvs is quickly growing into an amazing creative outlet for me, and also (if any of you can believe it) more work than the original Late Show. I simply haven't moved my ASS from this computer since I quit CD101. Poor Jessica. ANYWAY: Hope to see you all Friday...

adam...

And again, to get to my final show on Christmas Eve (9:30-1AM) ...at Brian Boru's in Powell....

-Take 315 North to Powell Rd. - turn left (up a BIIIIG ass hilll)
-Go to N. Liberty and take a right (the only intersection in powell - heh heh)...
-And Boru's is on your right in Liberty Plaza. Pretty simple.

I know it's a bit of a trek, and of course it's also Christmas Eve, but this is it folks...I can't believe it myself.

I will get there around 8 PM, and likely stay until 2:30 AM talking to everyone. I wish I could singlehandedly thank you all. Anyway, Tomorrow night:

BLONDE & DRUNK SET
SLIDE SET
A DAY IN THE LIFE SET

so much new stuff - must see...
