Countdown Entry #5

10:52 PM, Monday, December 13th, 1999:

Fellow Online Supporters,

It's hard to believe, but in just a few short weeks I'll be in LA doing the struggling artist thing. Though rather exciting, it still sucks. Heh heh...I mean really, it's still scary as shit. Everyday I think: "wow I could be getting a steady paycheck right now..." But screw it. This IS gonna happen. I am making yet another new promo tape and as I look over the footage, I get more and more pumped. NOBODY is doing this. I will stand out in LA. It is exciting.

On the showfront though, I'm sad say I only have one show left. December 24th, at Brian Boru's Pub House in Powell. Unfortunately, the New Year's gig never came together so this is it. And I KNOW it's a bit of a drive (hell I live in CANAL WINCHESTER), but I really hope you can make it. It will be the last time I perform in Columbus, and I'd really like to sit and talk with as many of you as possible. It's also the last time "A Day in the Life" will be performed in Columbus as well. How can you miss that? Hate to gush, but the opening to "Lack of Personality" with Jessica is worth the price of admission... FREE. And come on! It's the very first 4tvs movie. There's something so cool about going to a bar and playing this mini interactive movie (the future ones will be completely interractive) on 4 TVs and watching peoples eyes fly back and forth between them because they don't want to miss something...very cool.

OH! Your comments at www.listen.com are awesome! I got such a kick out of them. I'm not sure how they work though...because one guy's up there 3 times, and some say comment pending. But the ones that are up are very cool. Again if you haven't checked it out...please do. It's my first national exposure and the hometown kick is very nice.

Thanks again for all your support and I hope to see you on Christmas Eve...it should be a wild Friday night...

Adam
