- Alright term sheet is
done and we are awaiting their additions/subtractions and
signature, but we do know all the big peeps involved have
agreed to everything and the rest of the company is
trying to figure out their parts of the action plan and
who needs to do what. So, as it was in the last entry, I
really did do it, this is happening and now it's just a
matter of getting the shooting date for a trailer and the
logistics of the subscription backend. I know, I
know, I won't be resting easy until I see
INK ON PAPER, but the first bi-monthly check is
July 1st and the wheels are turning.

I bring you what should most likely be the final
Virtual Presence Podcast with who else? Don. Because if
there's a reason to smile? Don is there...

- Oh yeah, and I sold
RentTheDelorean.com - LOL. That will also be it's own
entry - may even be able to fly out to NY to do a video
with the guy who is taking over... but I was tired of
handing over gigs and it was just time. Hell it's been
time. Even without The Raiders deal, it was time. More on
that as the transition goes through, but it's hilarious
to me that that news is a paragraph. Goodness has life
changed.

- And of course this
isn't just the final Virtual Presence Podcast... it
probably means that The Journey goes flat for a good long
while... at least until 8k60 is a LOT easier to shoot.
I'm gonna be doing 4-5 Virtual Presence pieces per WEEK
for The Raiders and I want my free time to be spent with
my family. I can always keep up the flat journey - I've
proven that's simple at the busiest times - but VR180
production is sooooooooooooo different. I've done over
170 of these and I'm sure I'll do some special ones
promoting Raiders Virtual Presence, but I just
cannot continue the onslaught I've kept up for nearly 3
years.
What a run. What a story...
