- It's so hard to know
when to write sometimes, ya know? Like - I walked out of
that meeting yesterday annoyed that the bigwig that was
supposed to see the video I prepared for him, wasn't
asked to see it. However, in the meeting I did have? They
loved it. They want to do a press release, and they're
fine with calling it Dodgers Virtual Presence. And just
like that, the goal I had in October of 2023 is that much
closer to reality. And one that seemed crazy at the time:
naming this "presence". In fact, I wanted just "presence"
to be at the end of everything: NFL presence, NBA
presence, etc. Even with the Lakers I was thinking Lakers
presence... however for the Dodgers piece I just liked
Dodgers Virtual Presence better. I like the concept
of being virtually present. And I know, we're moving
into an XR/AR world - VR is becoming somewhat
passé - but in this case, we're not saying virtual
reality, we're talking about the feeling of being present
in a vittual sense. I think if we bang this drum enough?
It could be a common place term. It's better than
immersive video to me. You put on these goggles? And
you're virtually present at a real event. I get it.
Seems the Dodgers get it. So it shall be...

And that's why I don't know if you write this entry. Ya
know? Like I'm the king of celebrating the maybes - but
this project has pushed me to the LIMIT. I mean, my
ass has been maybe'd for SO FUCKING LONG I can
barely process anything. But I wake up this morning, go
for a walk... and I think to myself "Adam, you did
it. This is a really big deal. This will define the
company." So, uhm, I guess you put it in stone on
The Journey... and sadly? It's with this worthless
video.

- Anyway - looks like
I'm shooting Petros Papadakis next week so that'll be
cool. A nice VR180 adventure with one helluva radio
personality. Otherwise? We just wait. Wait for the
NFL draft to be over so I can get more info
about the Raiders. Try and brainstorm how to get other
stuff moving... and just, well - live? You could just
live Adam. You've worked enough to just enjoy the little
things. Doesn't all have to be moving boulders ya
know...
