- I can finally make
this public. Well, I mentioned on Facebook that
Talya and I were going to Paris but now you
finally get to hear the whole story.

- This is really
happening, Adam. What the hell. We topped Houston
before Houston.

- Well first, here's

- The funny thing
is, I was so excited to upload this I didn't
put the effects in or even do a sound mix. LMAO. I'll
keep it like that though. It will always remind me of
how excited I was.

- And the story? You
ready for this?

- Don did a live
Facebook video from GolfKon during March Madness. A
guy in France saw it. He offered to fly Don out for
something called the Delorean Experience that he runs
in Paris. Don said they had to do a screening of
"Fastest Delorean in the World" with a Q and A.
He agreed.

- And here we
are.

- That's it. Talya's
mother was nice enough to babysit for 5 days and Talya
and I get our first vacation in... well ever.
I mean, other than going back to Columbus to meet
the family, we've never gone anywhere. We found out we
were pregnant with Vienna about 14 months after we
started going out and 2 months after we were married.
It's been family, family, family... happily, happily,
happily.

- We're being put up
in a RIDICULOUS 3 bedroom loft.

- Don will be there
as well as Harry (Marvin Berry from Back to the
Future) and there's a swimming pool in the living
room.

joking.

- What the
fuck.

- Don, for years now
it's been a running joke that everyone thinks you get
me gigs and in fact I've gotten YOU all of
them... but this makes up for that shit without a
doubt. Our adventures just went international and if
we play our cards right this won't be the last stop on
this train. Wow. Just, wow.

- So as it said in
the video (what, you couldn't understand that?) it's a
3-day event kicking off with "Fastest Delorean" on
Saturday June, 30th, Dinner with Don and Harry Sunday,
July 1st and a screening of "Back to the Future" on
Monday July 2nd. The last two are sold out and
remarkably my night is the best one... so anyone who
wants to meet Don and isn't going to the dinner or
screening on Monday? They're coming to "Fastest". I
have a feeling it's going to be one helluva
night.

- And no,
I cannot believe this entry even exists. I just
keep thinking back to last fall when I had
shelved this project because of how bad it made Kenny
look. Incredibly, he's OK with the movie and here we
are in May.

- Oh, and it's being
sold in Cannes next week because of fucking course it
is.

- <throws hands
up> My life, man. I remember in the really
difficult years from 2000-2010 I'd keep myself going
as long as I could genuinely mean the following
phrase: "What happens next?". If I could feel those
three words, it was all worth it. Even at my lowest
points if I had even the tiniest bit of wonder -
I could keep doing "The Journey".
