have to explain what it means to watch your two
children be friends? I think this is why the Kenny
situation devastated me so badly this year -
I saw it through my father's eyes. He wanted his
two kids to get along. They did. And then
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM. God if that ever happened with my
kids... whew.

I made it this long without saying how pissed I
am Vienna is being held back because of being 4 weeks
late (this is "transitional" kindergarten, she will do
kindergarten next year). She's gonna be bored out of
her mind and I'm literally KEEPING her from
reading right now. She starts to sound out words and I
give her a crayon. She's actually ready for the first
grade so waiting 2 years? TWO YEARS?
