- It's finally
starting to not feel so ridiculous anymore. The whole
Disneyland trip. See, if not for Jimmy working at
Disney, we would not only forego going twice a year...
but we certainly wouldn't go until the youngest was 3.
At LEAST. If you're gonna spend that type of money,
those bastards better remember it.
-
- Lovely,
Adam.
-
- But as Cam is
approaching 1 and Vienna is a vibrant 2... you can see
it feeling "worth it" now. There's still very little
they can do, but they are certainly enjoying
themselves and it makes it feel worth the unbelievable
pain in the ass that it is to set-up and pull-off
these adventures. Onto the video...

-
- I'm really
wondering if it's going to continue being awkward for
Vienna to see the characters without playing with
them. If so? Why else go? There's just not a lot of
rides to go on at their size/height/age. We'll
probably go again in May but we may only go once next
year until she's actually enjoying it. I mean, as
I said in the video - we asked her what her
favorite part was, and she clearly said meeting Anna
and Elsa, but that girl was so miserable and
overwhelmed it felt like we were torturing her. This
is one helluva trek to put together for torture. I can
torture her at home very simply.
-
- But it was indeed
a success. They stayed up until almost 9:30 so we put
them in their pajamas before they got into their
carseats and they were out by the highway. That's
gonna be a pretty awesome memory for them growing up.
We're very fortunate to live so close to Disney... and
of course to have a cousin that works there.
:-)
