I have to admit,
Talya could've drawn this cartoon:
(sigh) I am
guilty. The old "talk show host" Adam sadly has no
other outlet for good, honest, stimulating debate
except for out-of-control Facebook threads. I love
debating on 610 WTVN. I usually knew both sides so
well, that I could always see ahead of the other
person's point and catch 'em before they got there.
The art of debate is something I value. It's
subtle and in the online world? Grammar is king. Yes,
sometimes you can use grammar as a cop-out if you have
no other argument (pointing out a typo when you have
no other point) but just as debating on radio required
a grasp of the language and communicating effectively,
the internet is no different. And usually, it's
advantageous online because you don't have to contend
with accents or other descriptors clouding your
judgements. It's free of tone so you have to be clear.
As I've said many times before, it's pristine.
The debate I'm
about to present to you however is none of those
things. It's so remarkable that it's getting an entry.
It's ignorance with so much attitude you have no
choice but to fight back even though it's soooooooooo
clear it's like outrunning an infant. And everytime
I think I'm gonna just back off, she gets even
shittier. So, enjoy...
An age old sports
debate that most long-time NBA fans agree with me
on: LeBron was not only a little bitch to leave the
WAY he did... but to join a guy who already had a
ring? Took him out of the Jordan debate FOREVER... and
believe me, he's talented enough to be better than
Jordan - he just doesn't have the head for it. So we
start...
I should've
stopped here. This isn't gonna be based in reality if
she's already bringing up the
"Slave" line.
Granted, I'm being
mean here. But I gave several normal, nice, sane
responses to no avail. I decided to get back to the
topic at hand which is far fresher than the tired
LeBron debate...

racist. LOL. But to a comedian, how can you not point
out that someone who was named "Sebrena" instead of
"Sabrina" doesn't know how to SPELL? It's sooooooooo
hard to let that one go. And to be so stupid as to not
even GOOGLE Pau's name before making fun of me for not
calling him Paul? What? It finally ends after
that...

I just... wow. Kids? Anyone out there under the
age of 18? Learn how to read and write. Learn how to
avoid "textspeak" 2 fit ur 140 characters. Because if
you can write coherent sentences? You'll be so far
ahead of the rest of the world you will
soar...

light-years ahead of us when it comes to education, so
good luck with that. Oh and since this entry defies

moment. LOL. So completely off-topic. That's the
problem with video blogs sometimes. Ya gotta have a
video. I guess in a sense I was juggling her
stupidity. I swear, it takes more effort to
process stupidity than to process good arguments that
you disagree with.
