12:27 PM, Wednesday, December 28th, 2011:

I'm typing on my iPad in my "Wedding Room" 4 1/2 hours before the big moment. I figure I'll start this now even though it won't be finished until tomorrow at the very least. Gotta have the entry fall on the date. I just finished my wedding vows a few minutes ago...

I. am so. happy.

I am so happy you came to that Starbucks.
I am so happy you spilled your tea and I noticed you.
I am so happy we immediately said weren't ready to be in a relationship and a year later we're standing here.

I had accepted that this type of happiness had passed me by. In reality what passed by... created the most appreciative man alive. No woman on this earth will ever be more cherished or more loved than you.

You are my passion,
You are my equal...

Let's. Make. Babies.

I know it's a little late to write your vows, but to me? That's the whole point. Hell, I'd almost rather ad-lib them. There's something about the moment that is so precious. I cannot wait.

Alright, I'm grabbing lunch and then the photographer will be here at 2, so this may be all I write for now. I'm planning on doing the wedding video as 3 seperate pieces. A Before, During and After type deal. So I guess, here is all the "Behind The Wedding" scenes...

Oh my LORD. The photographer? What? 2:00 - 4:45 was set aside for all the formal pictures and pics of her dress, etc. How do you... forget? Unreal. However... how AWESOME was that phone call? Could you feel the 2x4 to his stomach? Maybe it's my painful ability to empathize, but I can't watch that without feeling bad for him. And then what the woman who worked there said as he walked in?!?!? HAAAAAAAA! That's the nightmare of nightmares for a professional and he'll certainly never forget that. He got there with seconds to spare and the wedding started on time. Enjoy what has to be the coolest/funniest/sweetest video I've ever posted.

In tears, AGAIN. Might be the hardest thing I've ever edited. More on that in a second...

Starting this at sunset was important to us because the view is just gorgeous. If you have to do a wedding inside, a great sunset view means everything. Hopefully it was appreciated.

I like the Jewish tradition of the father and the mother giving away the daughter... however I hate the whole idea of "giving away" anything. It's kinda crazy how archaic some traditions are but I like the romance of it all...

Now, I figured I'd make Talya giggle with "Let's. Make. Babies.", but I was generally embarrassed by the reaction of everyone else. I mean, is it that strange to say? Heh. The photographer got a great shot of everyone laughing right as I said it...

...and then this stunner of Talya a few seconds later...

She is just glowing. Look at her reading her vows...

I went to retouch the photos... and there wasn't anything to retouch. Whew. She even did her own makeup for the day... she's just breathtaking. Wow. Of course it's very clear where she gets it from...

Her mother is just so beautiful, so loving, so happy for us... I am part of an incredible loving support and that ceremony showed it. Looking at these pictures, the love is undeniable. I am so fortunate. And then suddenly, it was done. We were married.

Mr. & Mrs. Adam and Talya Kontras. What a shot.

I just finished the final part of the wedding video and I realize now that that is the video to end the year on. I mean, my story with Talya IS 2011. It blossomed and culminated in a wedding completely within this calendar year and it's exactly how to end the next entry. Join me, shall you?
