- Awww. Sad to see
people go, but man - the final five games of the
tournament are just perfect. All strong players, all
high-drama. All great plays. But about the show in
question...

- I'm actually
really surprised that Amy made it to the Semifinals.
Not to be a dick, but I didn't think a girl would make
it into the Semifinals. I can be honest enough to
admit that. Pat later told me he was kinda pissed, he
really wanted to get past her - and was only
half-joking when he mentioned in the pre-game that he
barely considered her a threat. Always an issue to do
that though. 'Cause it's the ones you don't consider
that usually bite you in the ass. So "The
Couple" is finally split, and Amy becomes the
last girl standing...

- And again, this is
where it gets so awesome. The top 4 play, winner
advancing to the final game - one by one until we have
4 players in the Final Four. Which, for the
mathematicians out there, means the last semifinal
game is a 3 player game. What excites me so much about
these games is they're the first "winner-take-all"
moments and what I feel the elimination games
should've been (3 going home, so everyone is shooting
for first). Yay.

- But thanks to
Sebastien, the sentimental favorite, who did really
well getting this far - and of course to Pat who had
some of the funniest interview lines of the show. Hope
you guys had fun. But please understand I'm glad you
guys are gone so we can get to the good stuff.
